Yoga Workshop on Saturday 3/28/15: Backbending with Awareness

This month's workshop focuses on the principles of safely backbending and increasing awareness in the back of the body. Participants will experience practices designed to:

  • Open the heart and the front of the body
  • Improve low mood by increasing energy
  • Strengthen the back of the body
  • Increase awareness of the back of the body and what we cannot easily see about ourselves

The workshop will be from 9:30 to noon on Saturday 3/28/15 at 1310 South 1st Street, Suite 200. Cost is $50 per participant, and advanced registration is required. Please contact me by phone or email to sign up.
