Counseling
Individual Sessions--$150 per session
Couples Sessions--$150 per session (I see couples regardless of marital status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.)

Yoga
Individual Yoga Session--$100 per session
I periodically offer classes and workshops for my clients, and I can facilitate yoga classes and workshops for community groups, retreats, or in office settings. Pricing varies by duration of the service and driving distance, so please contact me to discuss your needs.

Insurance
I can provide you with a monthly statement that you may use in filing for out-of-network reimbursement. I am in-network for BCBS PPO only. Please check your coverage with your insurance company and we can discuss what kind of documentation you will need.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not canceled 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a fee. The fee is $30 for the first instance, and the full session fee for missed appointments after that.

Yoga workshops require advanced registration to reserve your spot. Workshop fees are non-refundable.

I work with adults 18 years and older for all services.
