Yoga workshops will be offered every month this spring! I will facilitate a workshop every last Saturday of the month, and workshops will continue to be from 9:30-noon and $50 per participant. Advanced registration is required, so please contact me about any workshops you wish to attend.
Here is a list of dates and topics:
- February 28th: Yoga and Self-Care Celebrate February by focusing on practices designed to be nurturing, compassionate and accepting of yourself.
- March 28th: Yoga and the Back of the Body This workshop will explore the part of ourselves that we cannot easily see: the back of the body. We will blend greater awareness of how yoga impacts this area with an emphasis on safety during back bends.
- April 25th: Yoga, Self-Discipline and Will This does NOT mean that we will hold plank pose for 20 minutes! We will focus on practices for the third chakra to increase the sense of personal power and to be able to move forward and face challenges in life.
- May 30th: To Be Determined I am very open to requests for workshop topics, so feel free to contact me if you have a suggestion.
