This month's yoga workshop is on Yoga For Anxiety. Come join me to balance the chatter of the mind and lower the tension in the body that can come with increased anxiety. On Saturday, September 19, 2015, we will engage in experiences with asana, pranayama, meditation, and mantra for moderating anxiety.
