For the next four Wednesdays, I will host a yoga class at the studio! The classes will be:
- Focused on lowering stress and anxiety as we come into a busy point in the year.
- Appropriate for all levels of practitioners (no previous yoga experience required).
- Held from 3:30 to 4:45pm at the studio. Props and mats are available to borrow.
- $10 per class.
