I am excited to offer a weekly group series on Yoga for Anxiety. The group meets for 6-weeks, on Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:45pm, starting January 28, 2016. We will build from physical asana to more subtle body practices like pranayama, mantra, and meditation, while blending in psychological concepts and interventions for managing anxiety. Participants will learn in a supportive, experiential environment and will leave with practices and tools for regulating anxiety.
